We believe so strongly in the taste and integrity of our Bare Life products that we take full responsibility for your satisfaction.

If you don’t absolutely love them, for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund on your order.*

Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your delivery.**

Simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Send us an email at support@eatbarelife.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to return. ***
  2. We will email you the address where you can return your item(s).
  3. We will initiate your refund within 48 business hours of receiving your package.

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for your product. The customer is responsible for return shipping or any shipping and handling costs if the product is not returned or returnable and a refund is issued. If you are returning a purchase that is valued at over $100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages that arrive to us damaged or are not delivered to us.

**We must be notified about Return Requests within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

*** Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed. (1 refund of each flavor is allowed)

This refund policy applies to orders placed on EatBareLife.com only and it is subject to change without notice.

 

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We have strict quality controls in place to ensure your items are received undamaged. However, accidents during shipping happen so we advise you to carefully check your purchase upon arrival.

If, in the rare case that your purchase arrives damaged, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery* at: support@eatbarelife.com. Please include your order number, a description of your issue, and a picture(s) of any damage.

We will work to replace your item(s) in a timely manner. Exchanges due to damage will be re-shipped free of charge.  The time it takes for you to receive your exchanged product(s) will vary based upon your location. We will only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged.

*We must be notified about Damage Requests within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:

  • Contest winnings.
  • On-Sale, Promotional & Discounted Items.
  • All third-party retail brick-and-mortar or third-party online purchases of Bare Life Products. Those third-party purchases must be returned to the retail location or online store from which they were originally purchased for a refund.  
  • Excessive return order requests, as determined by Bare Life.
  • Bare Life Replacement orders.

 

Incorrect Address Shipments

Please be sure to double-check your order information at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details on your order. If your package is returned to us or not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the full initial shipping cost as well as the additional shipping costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
